PerfX Hockey is expanding and we are looking for an ambitious, proactive coach to lead and grow the delivery of our hockey camps across South Wales.

This is a leadership opportunity for a coach who wants to take ownership of high-quality camp delivery in their area, build a local coaching team, and help grow youth hockey participation — all while being supported by an established national coaching brand with proven systems and structures.

• Lead and manage the on-site delivery of PerfX Hockey camps
• Be the main point of contact for parents, players and coaches
• Ensure a safe, organised and high-energy camp environment
• Lead and motivate a team of coaches
• Drive local promotion and participation through your network

• Experienced coaching young players
• Confident leading and organising other coaches
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable with responsibility
• Well connected within their local hockey community

• Full admin and booking support
• Equipment, branding and camp frameworks
• Marketing templates and promotional support
• Proven systems built from years of successful camp delivery
• Full training and ongoing support
