Magnus Search is currently recruiting Yard Marshalls to join a busy and well-known parcel sorting facility in Wrexham (LL11). This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable individuals who enjoy an active, outdoor role in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Traffic Management:
Directing delivery vehicles and vans safely around the yard. Parking Support:
Assisting drivers with trailer movements and ensuring efficient parking. Safety Coordination:
Maintaining an organized environment and adhering to health and safety procedures. Communication:
Acting as the link between drivers and warehouse staff to keep operations moving. Yard Checks:
Conducting basic daily checks and reporting any issues to management. Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a dependable, punctual attitude. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work well within a fast-moving team. Previous yard, warehouse, or traffic management experience is a plus, but not essential as training is provided.
