Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm / Friday 8am-4pm

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Junior Transport Coordinator on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will work in a small team, reporting to the Transport Manager in the UK. This role will require a candidate with strong communication skills both via email and telephone. The role will include management of transport orders and warehouse schedules, co‑ordinating deliveries and updating the internal systems to align data.

• Book Transport for orders with external partners.
• Co‑ordinate collections and deliveries with external suppliers.
• Co‑ordinate delivery information and align with internal systems.
• Share daily/weekly schedule updates to warehouses and actively monitor any changes, keeping all parties informed.
• Upload documents relating to Transport orders into the system.

• Strong communication.
• Organisational skills.
• Transport experience preferred.
• Some understanding of logistics software preferred.
• Problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Geographical knowledge of Europe and the UK.
• Sage X3 / Excel intermediate.
