Team Leader, Warehouse

gap personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for warehouse operatives & production operators to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

To work with the management, controlling the Warehouse operations for the site, including H&S, staff management, and providing support to the shopfloor staff.

• Supporting Supervisor activities and cover where necessary.
• Staff training - Provide support with staff inductions and training by using the training documents and sign offs.
• Pallet movements for couriers – Control and check all pallets prior to loading, collate all stocks and ensure the floor is cleared.
• Cleanliness - Ensure the warehouse and facility is always kept clean and free of debris.
• Pick queries control - Advise all pick queries, shortages, replenishments and address any issues.
• Packing queries – Support staff with any queries and report any issues where necessary.

The role will be working Monday – Friday, 40 hours (shift TBC)

From £12.21 per hour
