Stock controller

Position: Good In Stock controller
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Goods In Stock Controller to join their Inbound Logistics team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented stock control professional with SAP experience to join a fast-paced logistics environment.

The Role As Stock Control Lead Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels across the business, ensuring warehouse systems are updated correctly, and supporting operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Duties:

Maintain accurate stock control levels within SAP on a daily basis Carry out cycle counts and process stock adjustments where required Support Goods Receiving with stock-related issues Ensure all materials are counted and aligned with bill of materials requirements Verify deliveries are receipted correctly, scanned into SAP, and transferred with accurate weights and quantities Amend outstanding purchase orders within SAP and liaise with Materials Planners regarding any discrepancies Identify and manage stock adjustments by reviewing schedules and working with relevant teams Ensure all receipts are unloaded, checked, and stored correctly against daily call-off sheets Maintain compliance with company standards, procedures, and documentation What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
Previous experience in a stock control or warehouse role SAP experience FLT Certificate or willingness to be trained up. Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Confident using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems What our client can offer in return:
