Warehouse Administrator - NIGHTS

Overview

gap personnel have been dealing with their busy Warehouse and Distribution client for a number of years, and due to their peak period just around the corner, they are wanting to recruit a Warehouse Administrator - Nights on an ongoing basis.

• Data Entry & WMS Management:
  Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, goods received, and dispatched items using WMS (e.g., SAP, Sterling) and MS Office.
• Order Processing:
  Processing sales orders through to pick and dispatch, generating picking lists, and producing shipping labels/documentation.
• Inventory Control:
  Assisting with stock discrepancies, inventory checks, audits, and managing quarantined or non-conforming products.
• Communication & Coordination:
  Acting as a liaison between sales, transport teams, customers, and warehouse staff to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed, filing transportation notes, and creating reports on stock levels or productivity KPIs.

You must have a background in warehousing with good computer and communication skills.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8pm-6am NIGHT SHIFTS.

£13.71 per hour
