The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech II assists in invasive testing and interventional procedures used to diagnose and treat conditions of the heart and circulatory system within Cardiac Catheter, CTO and Structural Heart procedure rooms. They are proficient in monitoring, circulating and scrubbing.

• Assist in invasive testing and interventional procedures in Cardiac Catheter, CTO and Structural Heart procedure rooms.
• Perform Monitoring, Circulating and Scrubbing duties as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Science, or Cardiac or Vascular Sonography) or an equivalent program and experience.

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI) or Vascular Interventional (VI).
• Valid BCLS certification; ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Previous cardiac cath lab experience is required. Scrub experience is required. ACLS and BLS certifications.
