Pharmacist Parttime or Fulltime

T&F Drugs Inc. is the proud parent company of five premiere Northern New Jersey Pharmacies:
Ho-Ho-Kus Pharmacy located in Ho-Ho-Kus, Sicomac Pharmacy of Wyckoff, De Blieck’s Pharmacy of North Haledon, Burgio's Pharmacy of Totowa and Atlas Drugs & Nutrition in North Bergen, NJ. Each of our pharmacies is privately owned and takes great pride in providing our customers with exceptional service and support. We are currently seeking to hire a Part Time or Full-Time Pharmacist, Days/Evenings/Weekend Hours available.

• Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. May advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
• Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.
• Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists, by calculating, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, or oversee these activities.
• Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records for radioactive nuclei, and registries of poisons, narcotics, and controlled drugs.
• Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability.
• Advise customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment and health-care supplies.
• Analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• PharmD
• Compounding Experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must pass State and all required Licensure Exams
• Required practical experience
• Must have strong personal and managerial skills to manage medication consulting as well as face to face interaction with customers
