Sales Associate Stretch Lab Wyckoff

Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour plus uncapped commission

Schedule:

Part-Time | 20-30 hours per week | Must work 1 weekend day

At Stretch Lab Wyckoff, we're looking for sales professionals who are energized by helping people live better and thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments.

• Sales and Membership Growth
• Make 50 or more outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and re-engage past prospects
• Lead studio tours and intro sessions that educate and convert
• Confidently close memberships and packages by focusing on long-term value
• Handle objections with empathy and product knowledge
• Upsell relevant products and services that support client goals
• Client Experience and Studio Operations
• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for every visitor
• Manage phone calls, check-ins, scheduling, and payments
• Work closely with Flexologists and studio leadership to maintain smooth operations
• Keep the front desk organized, clean, and guest-ready
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up tasks using Club Ready or similar CRM software
• Marketing and Outreach
• Support events, fairs, and open houses to drive local awareness
• Participate in community engagement and local marketing campaigns
• Represent the Stretch Lab brand in a professional and compelling way

• At least one year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, chiropractic, or membership sales
• Confident making outbound calls and following up with leads
• Strong closer with consultative selling skills
• Personable, emotionally intelligent, and motivated by helping others
• Organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with using CRM platforms
• Available to work 20-30 hours per week consistently, including one weekend day
