We’re looking for coaches who inspire and create exceptional moments daily. As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will deliver scientifically predesigned workouts for groups, coaching up to 45 clients per session. You should be able to coach and manage time, motivate multiple clients in a group, and apply a well-rounded theory of fitness (endurance, strength, power) to optimize client experience and results.

• Lead, inspire and motivate members by demonstrating exercises and proper techniques of pre-defined workouts. Help members set and achieve goals.
• Clearly demonstrate and explain exercises, ensuring participants understand proper form and technique; offer options to accommodate various fitness levels or individual limitations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive class atmosphere and manage class flow to keep participants engaged and focused.
• Understand the science behind Orange theory Fitness workouts – heart-rate interval training.
• Prioritize safety, monitor movements, correct form, maintain a clean, hazard-free environment, and administer basic first aid if necessary.
• Engage members consistently and conduct outreach as appropriate.

• Current fitness certification from an OTF-approved education company (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFAA, NFPT).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized; positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire and ability to train all fitness levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification; 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.

• Base hourly rate
• Commissions (total compensation per class $25-$75 based on class size)
