IHOP is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant teams in Dallas, TX. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and sanitation.
• Interview, hire, and train high‑quality hourly candidates.
• Conduct orientation and training for all new hourly employees.
• Provide consistent feedback to facilitate employee development and enhance overall operation.
• Prepare shift reports such as Daily Sales Reports, Cash Interims, Labor Controls, and other processes that ensure control of all company assets.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents.
• Implement company security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets, including security of storeroom, freezer, and office.

• Minimum 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to direct and coordinate the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Hands‑on leadership style; able to build, coach, and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented with focus on quality.
• Perform all duties as required or requested.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
