This is an on‑site, part‑time role for a Sales Assistant located in Wylie, TX. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by greeting and assisting customers, providing information about available homes and services, and maintaining an organized and welcoming sales environment. Additional responsibilities include following up with potential buyers, coordinating communication, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential home buyers
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining client records and handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of sales practices and the ability to support lead generation and follow‑up efforts
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools and software for scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and a customer‑focused mindset
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer service roles is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or real estate are a plus
