Scanning Operative

Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field are recruiting for Scanning Clerks on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis.

Shift :
Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 15:30PM (37.5hours a week).

Pay : £12.71  Per hour.

Job Role responsibility :

Prepare physical documentation for scanning by removing staples etc.
Quality check completed scanned document and save document to file
Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
Index and catalogue documents according to established procedures.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Adhere to all defined standards and processes.
We require Candidates to have:

Attention to detail
Organisational skills
Accuracy
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Prior experience in Scanning and/or indexing is preferred, but not required
