City College Norwich is offering a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. You’ll work 30 hours per week (36 on college weeks), balancing coursework with on-site practice as a Key Person in the preschool.
Duration is 1 year 6 months. Wage: £13,728 for the first year, with increases possible as you gain experience and age. Training includes safeguarding, child development, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
