Sapientia Education Trust is seeking a Matron at Wymondham College, supporting boarding house staff and safeguarding students in evenings, overnights and mornings. The role is permanent, 38 hours per week, term-time only, Thursday to Sunday, starting in September.
You will provide pastoral care, oversee housekeeping and initial medical support, and uphold College policies while living in on‑site accommodation during night duty. A calm, compassionate and flexible approach is essential.
