Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Hethel / Wymondham area, looking for a reliable and committed Picker / Packer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous picking and packing experience who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with the opportunity to become permanent.
What’s on offer:
£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday working - no weekend
06:50–15:50 shifts
Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person
Overtime available once permanent
Bonus scheme once permanent

Dedicated Select Recruitment consultant supporting you throughout your assignment
Your responsibilities:
Picking individual sweets to create Pick & Mix pouches
Working towards a daily picking target
Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Scanning products and ensuring orders are placed in the correct courier section
Producing pre-packed sweet pouches
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
Previous picking and packing experience is required
A reliable and committed attitude
Someone who is eager to learn and develop within the role
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working towards daily targets
A good team player with a positive attitude
A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential due to the location
