Required
:
- Master s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Arkansas License-eligible
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy
- Background in crisis intervention, addiction treatment, and substance abuse counseling
- Experience in individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy with children, adolescents, families, and couples
- Previous work in child therapy, domestic violence counseling, or social services
- Clinical supervision experience and leadership skills
- Strong client relations and patient advocacy background
- Community outreach experience
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling, family therapy, and group therapy services to patients of all ages
- Treat mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence through evidence-based interventions
- Implement crisis intervention protocols and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies
- Complete thorough progress notes and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with accreditation standards
- Collaborate with our in-house psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Engage in patient advocacy and community outreach initiatives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff as needed
