Responsibilities- Lead shift operations and set example for crew.
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with policy and procedures.
- Staffing, paperwork, scheduling and training of new employees.
- Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Coordinate cost controls, cash handling, and food management to work to a schedule.
- Maintain perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality.
- Strong judgment and math skills; ability to multitask.
- Experience in team leadership and cost/control management.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (required for delivery support).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and perform basic physical tasks.
Many team members advance from driver to owner; an Assistant Manager can progress to General Manager, Franchisee, or Corporate Operations roles.
