• Lead shift operations and set example for crew.
• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with policy and procedures.
• Staffing, paperwork, scheduling and training of new employees.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Coordinate cost controls, cash handling, and food management to work to a schedule.
• Maintain perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality.

• Strong judgment and math skills; ability to multitask.
• Experience in team leadership and cost/control management.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (required for delivery support).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and perform basic physical tasks.
