HVAC Service Technician at Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing is one of Arkansas's oldest family-owned HVAC companies, proudly serving East and Northeast Arkansas since 1968. Our roots and headquarters are right here in Wynne, and we now offer full-service residential plumbing alongside heating and air conditioning. About 90% of our new customers come to us through referrals from existing customers.

We're adding an HVAC Service Technician at our Wynne shop. We offer top-of-the-line products and service, so we need techs who genuinely care about the customer and see this as a career, not just a job.

• $50,000–$80,000 per year total compensation
  : hourly pay plus bonuses and spiffs

• Our top performers are among the highest-paid technicians in Northeast Arkansas

• Full-time, year-round work

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Perform preventive maintenance, including visits for our Mohr Peace of Mind maintenance plan members

• Explain what you find and present repair and maintenance options so homeowners can make confident decisions

• Work closely with dispatch, your location manager, parts, our comfort advisors, and our install teams

• Keep your company truck clean and your truck inventory up to date

• Document every job accurately on your company iPad

• Represent Mohr with a clean, professional appearance in every home

• Take part in ongoing training to keep growing as a professional

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including electrical

• A genuine passion for customer service

• EPA 608 certification

• Your own basic hand tools

• Live within about 30 minutes of our Wynne shop

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

• Comfortable using an iPhone and iPad. Service Titan experience is a plus, but we'll train you.

• No overnight or Sunday on-call. Saturday coverage is shared on a rotating schedule.
