Gloria Deo Academy is seeking a Christ-centered, visionary leader to serve as our next Head of School. As the spiritual and executive leader of GDA, the Head of School will champion our mission to glorify God through excellence in classical Christian education. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the spiritual life, academic success, and future growth of a thriving school community.
The Head of School will provide strong leadership to faculty, staff, and students; cultivate meaningful partnerships with families and the broader community; and ensure the continued health and advancement of the school through faithful stewardship, academic excellence, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will be a servant‑leader with a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong understanding of classical Christian education, and proven experience in academic and organizational leadership.
