Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Union Wireless

Location: Mountain View, WY 82939 (onsite)

Union Wireless is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations of our growing telecommunications company. This role will shape financial strategy, manage risk, and partner with executive leadership to achieve sustainable growth.

• Oversee all financial operations – planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and capital allocation.
• Lead accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare financial forecasts, conduct in‑depth analysis of revenue streams and cost structures, and present actionable insights to the Board of Directors.
• Maintain transparent communication with regulatory bodies and ensure full compliance with all financial regulations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within finance teams.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with expertise in telecom‑specific financial models and revenue forecasting.
• CPA, CFA or other relevant certifications highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proven track record in strategic planning, capital management, and regulatory compliance.
