Gen II Fund Services is seeking a dedicated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead compliance for licensed client entities serviced by the Client Compliance team. You will ensure adherence to GFSC frameworks, oversee monitoring, and be the primary contact for regulatory and law enforcement matters.
Responsibilities include evaluating disclosures, reporting to the Guernsey FIS where needed, maintaining records, and guiding staff on AML/CFT controls.
