Overview

It is the responsibility of the Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms in their assigned area to ensure the rooms are ready for guest arrival.

• Quickly and efficiently cleans guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance
• Performs tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and any other cleaning procedures necessary
• Provides a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety
• Checks rooms and notes repair needs prior to releasing room for future occupancy (doesn’t release deficient rooms)

• Professional appearance and demeanor
