Job Responsibilities
  • Must consistently provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests alike.
  • Check guests in and out of cabins utilizing V1 property management system.
  • Handles guest complaints and problems in a courteous and timely fashion.
  • Assists with managing room blocking and inventory to ensure maximum occupancy and no over-sells.
  • Assist Front Desk Manager with payroll, scheduling, training, coaching and disciplinary action, and overall leadership to the Front Desk and Night Audit Team.
  • Monitors employee performance and appearance to be certain it is with respect to the company standards. Maintains on-going brand standards inspections for front office staff to ensure they understand and are using the Brand Standards.
  • Conducts daily briefings with Front Desk Agents to discuss priorities, problems grievances, methods of operation, and procedures and policies.
  • Ensures that all staff have the communication that they require as well as the tools needed to properly do their job.
  • Responds to all Medallia surveys for guests at the property and follows up on any problem alerts.
  • Assists with oversight of lost and found system, vault process and cash banks.

Job Requirements
  • 1-year guest facing hospitality role
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Hospitality background
  • Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of Visual One
