IT Technician II

Position

Hooton Tech LLC is hiring for an IT Technician II
. This position is full time, hourly. Starting Range $25-$40/hour, DOE.

$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Maintenance and support of our business IT clients. This includes support of end user desktop/laptops, servers, printers, network equipment, VoIP systems, cloud services, and other IT related equipment.
• Answer calls from our customers and participate in an on-call rotation for after hours and outage support.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential user computers.
• Support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing security camera systems.
• Assist in the Installation of camera and cabling systems.
• Additional duties as needed by the company.

This position is based in Lyman, WY, but may be partially worked remotely if located in Southern Wyoming. Travel to customer sites in the region will be required as needed, with overnight travel as a possibility. Travel may be up to 30% of time pending project need.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be able to pass both pre-employment and random drug tests.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in the IT industry.
• Must have advanced computer skills and knowledge.
• Experience in Server, computer, network, and printer hardware required.
• Experience in Cloud Services such as M365, Azure, D365, Google Workspace, Etc. Required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or industry equivalent certification required.
• Other Associate or Professional Level IT Certifications Preferred.

Salary: $25 - $40 per hour
