This full‑time, on‑site position is located in Wheatland, WY. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and develop business strategies to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include supervising fuel logistics, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing financial performance. The role also involves setting goals, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvements to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong leadership and management abilities, including team supervision and organizational skills
• Experience in business strategy development, financial management, and operational planning
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of the fuel or related industries and compliance with safety regulations
• Proficiency in problem‑solving, decision‑making, and performance analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
• Previous management experience, especially within the agriculture or fuel sectors, is a plus
