The Senior Subcontract Manager reports to the Senior Director of Contracts and is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts and agreements supporting Terra Power’s corporate activities and client projects, including government contracts and subcontracts. This role provides program-level ownership of contract negotiation, planning, administration, and oversight to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, risk tolerance, regulatory requirements, and project performance goals.

• Lead contract management activities for assigned programs, clients, or Terra Power projects, including government contracts, subcontracts, grants, government funding opportunities, and commercial agreements.
• Serve as Terra Power’s primary interface with external government and commercial customer contracting organizations for assigned programs, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout contract development and execution.
• Oversee and support Business Development activities through review, negotiation strategy, and leadership of agreement execution.
• Provide ongoing oversight of executed contracts with emphasis on compliance, change control, risk management, quality, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Support department leadership by contributing to process improvements, tool development, staff training, and budget planning and control.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional engagement with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to support contract strategy, development, and administration.
• Provide subcontract management oversight and guidance as required, partnering with Procurement to implement subcontracting strategies.
• Ensure contract files, documentation, and approvals are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
