As part of our meat processing team, you’ll work hands‑on with pre‑slaughtered carcasses, focusing on fabrication, boning, and trimming to create beautiful, high‑quality cuts ready for packaging and distribution. If you have strong butchery skills, a great work ethic, and an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board.

• Break down carcasses into primal and sub‑primal cuts with care and consistency.
• Perform skilled boning, trimming, and portioning to meet quality and production goals.
• Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment (knives, saws, grinders) safely and efficiently.
• Inspect cuts to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and presentation

• Collaborate with the packaging and processing teams to prepare products for retail and wholesale distribution.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
  , following all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Help maintain a safe working environment by reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

• Experience in meat cutting, butchery, or a related meat processing role.
• Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of meat cuts and trimming techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety, and consistency.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
