A privately held and well-established heavy gauge thermoforming company is looking for a new Extrusion Manager
. As a vertically integrated organization, sheet extrusion is a critical component of their process and flow. They are seeking the right combination of strong technical knowledge of extrusion processing and strong and engaged leadership with a floor-focused approach.
- Proven experience in sheet or film extrusion; heavy gauge thermoforming highly preferred
- Manufacturing leadership accountability is required with a minimum of 5 years; experience leading a 24/7 operation highly preferred
- Open communication style with a partnership mentality and approach
As this is a confidential search, the location is generalized to the extended upper Midwestern USA region
. It is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic organization with a diverse product portfolio!
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000
