Service Advisor

At Fox Powersports - Grand Rapids, we're passionate about powersports - from motorcycles and ATVs to side-by-sides and personal watercraft. We're a team of enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality service. We're currently looking for a Service Advisor who shares our passion and can help connect our customers with top-tier service and support.

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair/service requests
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work
• Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and manage repair workflow
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles
• Upsell recommended maintenance and accessories where appropriate
• Handle warranty claims and work with OEM systems as needed
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper invoicing
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-up

• 2+ years prior experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in powersports, automotive, or similar industries
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge and passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other powersports vehicles
• Familiarity with repair order software (e.g., DX1, Lightspeed, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Additional technical or sales training is a plus
