Role

Our front office associates are the heart of our practice – the first and last impressions we make on our patients. By joining our team you will play an essential role in running smooth operations and delivering best‑in‑class patient care.

Compensation

$20–21 / hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain productive schedules for doctors and hygienists.
  • Verify insurance coverage, complete fee schedules, and produce full insurance breakdowns.
  • Obtain pre‑authorizations and referrals; gather all information for claim processing.
  • Coordinate financial agreements and consent forms for patients’ financial responsibility of treatment.
  • Assist patients in understanding their treatment plan and increase case acceptance.
  • Check patients in, register, maintain health and dental records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA privacy practices.
  • Ensure efficient office operations – mail distribution, scheduling, phone answering, billing inquiries, and overall workflow direction.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • Preferred: experience in a dental office.
