University of Michigan Health-West is seeking fellowship trained, board certified, full‑time Movement Disorder Neurologist. OPPORTUNITY DETAILS- Ability to work closely with a partnering team of specialists encompassing 37+ specialty care and hospital‑based service lines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Sub‑specialized ambulatory group, general neurology, sports neurology, movement disorder, epilepsy
- Diagnostic testing capabilities
- Outpatient opportunity;
Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of adult neurological conditions including headache, epilepsy, stroke, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and neuromuscular disorders - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging therapies and clinical trial opportunities for patients
- Educate and mentor medical students, residents if desired
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their treatment journey
