Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Automation Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Design, program, and implement PLC/HMI control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and integrate robotic solutions for assembly, material handling, and quality inspection.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues with automated machinery and control systems.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and uptime.
- Lead or support the commissioning and startup of new automated production lines.
- Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, logic diagrams, and operating procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality through automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley) and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and program industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Knowledge of sensor, actuator, and motion control technologies for manufacturing applications.
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Proficiency with industrial robot programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
- Familiarity with MES/MOM systems and data integration from shop floor to enterprise level.
- Knowledge of industrial network architectures and OT cybersecurity principles.
