The role assists in the daily and ongoing financial operations of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining revenues and expenses in accordance with the budget, preparing budgets and reporting, and ensuring a solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.

• Assist in daily and ongoing financial operations of the property under direction of the Property Manager.
• Maintain revenues and expenses in accordance with the budget.
• Prepare budgets and reporting.
• Support finance, leasing, operations functions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing.

• Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing and operations.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Physical capability: prolonged periods sitting at a desk, standing, walking, lift up to 15 lbs, traverse properties with stairs and across varied weather conditions.
