Financial Analyst | Wyoming, MI

Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

• Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards for management.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer, and manufacturing process.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to analyze production data, identify cost drivers, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for operational and financial reporting
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or supply chain finance concepts
• Experience with capital expenditure (CAPEX) modeling and ROI analysis for production assets
