We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles.
- Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing, including social media management and job boards.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Negotiate job offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law.
- Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee evaluation processes.
- Collaborate on campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Conduct cold calling for lead generation and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position involves occasional weekend and evening work to respond to contingent staff and client companies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and employee evaluation methods.
- Experience with research methodologies to identify potential candidates effectively.
- Understanding of training & development principles within recruiting contexts.
- Experience with and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time along with establishing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn applicant tracking software.
- Team player.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Occasional travel to Holland and Muskegon.
- Two to three years’ experience in recruiting.
- A degree or some college in a related field is helpful.
