JENNMARis seeking to fill a full-time HR/AP position to offeraccounts payable support while performing diversified clerical, human resource and payroll services.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED Required;
- Minimum Two (2) Years related experience preferred; or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience
- ADP Software Experience, A Plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess working knowledge of general office administrative and clerical procedures
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office required: (mostly Excel)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and complete several projects simultaneously
- Possess team mentality with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage information and communication while maintaining confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing demands
- Possess ability to process, maintain, and disburse confidential and sensitive
- Possess working knowledge of HR/Payroll practices and procedures including applicable state and federal laws
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments.
- Generate and distribute checks; reconcile accounts and handle vendor inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and AP files.
- Coordinate employee inquiries and HR-related matters with the corporate HR team.
- Set up/maintain employee records; assign and input hourly staff into the timekeeping system.
- Track time, PTO, attendance, and payroll status changes; collaborate weekly with plant management and corporate payroll to process payroll.
- Collect and compile personnel data for reporting purposes.
- Access and review personnel files to respond to authorized inquiries from site and corporate staff.
- Support recruitment efforts in coordination with the corporate recruiter.
- Compile and submit employee benefit documentation to corporate HR for processing and administration.
- Perform additional HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
