IT Project Manager, IT Business Analyst
Position Summary:
At Gordon Food Service, we believe technology is a key enabler for our business success. Join our Gordon Technology Services (GTS) team and take the lead on critical technology solutions for our Finance and Human Resources functions, driving transformational change across the organization.
What you will do:High Visibility and Impact: Connect directly with key financial and HR leaders, partnering with them to identify challenges and create innovative solutions that achieve business outcomes.
Technology Breadth: Gain exposure to a wide array of technologies and applications, including custom development, package/SaaS solutions, SAP, AI, and automation initiatives.

Full Lifecycle Ownership: Responsible for the full lifecycle of technology solutions supporting Finance and Human Resources, while leading a team of 13 high‑performing and dynamic team members.
Strategic Partnership: Partner with business function leaders to understand and align technology roadmaps with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
Technology Leadership: Lead the team in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing current digital technology solutions to enable transformational change.
Project Delivery: Deliver strategic projects while adhering to appropriate delivery management disciplines and architectural standards.
Talent Management: Grow and develop your team, ensuring appropriate staffing sourcing and talent development for a high‑performing group.
Operational Excellence: Maintain awareness of competitive threats, prepare application/platform roadmaps, ensure systems meet service level agreements, and manage technology cost/benefit & ROI (Total Cost of Ownership).
Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks across solution, business, technology, and staffing domains.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Hybrid
Work Schedule:
4 days in office in Wyoming, MI, 1 day remote.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field required.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to foster partnering relationships with business function leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Eight years of previous information technology experience with two years of previous supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven ability to identify, grow, and develop team members.
