Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
• Conduct thorough incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify and assess EHS risks across the facility, developing and managing mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Oversee and conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Manage all EHS-related documentation, permits, and reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations and standards.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Demonstrated ability in incident investigation, risk assessment, and EHS training delivery.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to EHS processes.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
