Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Salary: $16.00 per hour

• Flexible and full‑time schedules (9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, weekends to 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required

• Transport/lift items up to 35 pounds
• Walk around facilities for up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal)

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.
