An established and growing printing company is seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator to join its production team. This role offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and long-term job stability for a skilled operator with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Print products according to job specifications, quality standards, and documented work instructions
• Review and verify job ticket requirements (substrate, inks, plates, dies, anilox rolls, etc.)
• Set up and operate narrow web flexographic presses, including:
  • Installing plates, dies, inks, anilox rolls, and substrates
  • Making adjustments to maintain print quality (registration, impression, ink laydown, die cutting)
• Complete all startup checks, verify barcode scanability, and obtain start approval
• Perform and document in-process inspections throughout production runs
• Complete end‑of‑job verification to ensure finished products meet approved standards
• Perform routine press cleaning, care, and general maintenance
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or print issues and elevate when necessary
• Provide guidance to press assistants as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience (narrow web preferred)
• Ability to independently set up, operate, and perform preventative maintenance on flexographic presses
• Basic computer skills (email and basic word processing)
• Basic leadership skills to direct press assistants
• Strong basic math skills and ability to read measurements/rulers
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules and work instructions
  
  English proficiency for safety and job requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
