Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and operational problems in production lines.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems in industrial equipment.
• Install and commission new manufacturing machinery and associated equipment.
• Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals for repairs and installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, conveyors).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures and perform preventative maintenance.

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environments
