General Labor – Bottle Recycling Manufacturing

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift
The General Laborer plays a vital role in the recycling and manufacturing process by supporting daily production operations. This position involves sorting, cleaning, and processing recyclable materials, operating basic machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Key Responsibilities:- Sort and inspect bottles and plastic materials for quality and contamination.
- Feed, load, and unload materials into processing or production machines.
- Operate basic recycling or manufacturing equipment safely after training.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse work a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a warm or cool industrial environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
