Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients with psychiatric and medical needs in a home setting.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, providing recommendations to the patient's medical provider.
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education on care plans, medications, and home safety to patients and their families.
- Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services.

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (BSN not required).
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least one year of psychiatric experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance.
