We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing high-quality nursing care to patients.
As a key member of the interdisciplinary team
, the LPN will monitor and report patient conditions,
assign duties
, and supervise CNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Delivering compassionate care, maintaining compliance with laws and standards, and supporting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in applicable state
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (must be current)
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Knowledge of quality nursing practices
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
