Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct training and development for quality assurance personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare performance reports.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in supplier quality management or New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP).
