Responsibilities- Lead the guest experience: check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
- Be the solution: handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction
- Understand that teamwork is key: work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Be in the know: offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
- A humble and hospitable demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
- A desire to learn and grow
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Competitive pay from $14.00 per hour to $15.91 per hour plus cash incentives
