• In partnership with the management team, ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals
• Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service to provide a shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, inviting store environment
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Assume responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and achieve sales
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, challenges, duties, and schedules
• Fashion-oriented mindset with awareness of current trends

• Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts
• Able to lift and move shipments, arrange and move store fixtures and packages up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or merchandise retrieving tools
