• Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
• Greet and engage customers, assisting them in locating products and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Follow operational procedures, including accurate cash handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stock shelves, ensure accurate pricing, and rotate products to maintain quality.
• Receive and organize inventory, check in deliveries, and assist in unloading.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Retrieve shopping carts and remove snow from sidewalks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Motivation to achieve results and work well in a team.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Desire to work with customers regularly.
• Manual cashier register experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products. Benefits
