Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily by calls, texts, and emails to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Perform buyer and seller consultations to convert leads to clients.
  • Show homes and consult clients about homes available that meet their needs/wants.
  • Attend weekly team training and daily team huddles.
  • Analyze home prices for buyer and seller clients.
  • Negotiate on behalf of the client’s best interest.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Support other team members and bring value to the team.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs, and close the deal.
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and surrounding community.
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
  • Follow up with leads to increase sales.
Qualifications
  • Be willing to be humble enough to learn, hungry enough to work hard, and smart enough to navigate complicated situations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Top‑notch time management skills and highly organized.
  • Past sales experience preferred.
  • Driven, self‑motivated, and desires professional growth.

Compensation

Compensation: $76,000+ at plan earnings per year.
